Finally we could open our new Cabana. It is available for guests of the Raja Beach Hotel as well as for guests of the Cocobello Restaurant. The idea was to build a cosy place to eat and drink in the original Sri Lanka look. Finding someone who could still build a reed grass roof was a challenge. But it worked well, didn't it? We are looking forward to your visit.

A new private terrace at the back of the Bungalow, with direct access from it, for a cosy get-together or an undisturbed chill-out.
The terrace is to be equipped with beautiful garden furniture, but it will take some time due to the current situation in Sri Lanka.
Until then we are still renting without price change.

There are no more queues at the fuel stations, even if the petrol is rationalized. Tourists are allowed to fill up the tank.
Cooking gas is now available again.
Medical care seems to be restored.
Spare parts are still hard to come by.
The population is suffering from the high prices. For tourists, it is a minor problem due to the high exchange rate.
